The Business plan relaxes the restrictions of the Personal plan, as follows:

• You can have unlimited pages and contributors
• Squarespace will charge a 2% sales transaction fee for all sales or donations

The Business plan also includes the following bonuses:

• You can get a free email account with Google's G Suite for a year
• You will receive $100 in Google Adwords credit (valid in USA / Canada only)

The Business plan is what most small companies go for. It's also good for e-commerce sites who need to keep low overheads and can't justify one of the higher priced Squarespace Commerce plans.
