·如果酸菜洗净后还是很酸,可以放在冷水里再洗一次。
·五花肉肥嫩鲜香,酸菜脆嫩爽口,吃起来令人心满意足。吃完肉,再喝上一两勺酸菜汤,那叫一个爽!
制作过程
1 带皮五花肉用小火煮透,放凉后切成大薄片。
2 酸菜洗净,将叶子撕下,切成条。
3 锅烧热,倒入色拉油烧热,投入葱花、姜丝、蒜末、干辣椒、花椒、八角爆锅,下酸菜条煸炒一下。
4 加大骨头汤(或热水),使其没过酸菜条,放入五花肉片、粉丝,中小火煮15分钟左右,加盐调味。
用料
带皮五花肉 100g
酸菜 200g
粉丝 50g
葱花 5g
姜丝 5g
蒜末 5g
干辣椒 2个
八角 1个
花椒 5粒
盐 3g
色拉油 10ml
大骨头汤 适量
