腰背部拉伸
功效 改善酸痛,拒绝损伤
人体的腰背肌肉是维持肢体平衡性、腰椎稳定性的关键所在。腰部脊柱承担着人体60%以上的重力,直立、平衡与各种全身活动都依靠着腰部力量的协调。腰部紧邻柔软的腹腔,由脊柱两侧的骶棘肌、腰大肌和髂肌等肌肉、筋膜和韧带构成。脆弱的腰肌常因疲劳、过度拉伸而造成损伤,是特别需要重视和呵护的身体部位。

双手双膝着地,头部仰起,腰部下沉,保持15秒;然后头部下垂,腰部弓起,保持15秒。

双膝并拢跪坐,全身伏地,头部贴向地面,双臂放松,由体侧向前伸展,手掌按住地面。
