3.丹田运转法
①重心不动的运转
由太极式,左脚向外分开一步,呈马步状态,两手相叠,放在腹前。呼吸平稳,神态安详。然后松开右胯,左膝微里扣,右膝微外旋,使身体沿自身的纵轴缓缓右转45度,稍停。然后松开左胯,右膝微里扣,左膝微外旋,使身体沿自身的纵轴缓缓左转45度,稍停。上面是右转后还原的做法,左转后还原的做法依然,如此左右反复转动,使小腹(丹田所在部位)左右转动(图17,图18,图19,图20,图21)。

②重心左右移动的转动
由太极式,左脚向外分开一大步,呈右横裆步状态,两手相叠,放在腹前。呼吸平稳,神态安详。然后松开左胯,右膝微里扣,左膝微外旋,使身体沿自身的纵轴缓缓左转45度,同时重心左移至两脚连线的左三分之一处。随后松开右胯,左膝微里扣,右膝微外旋,使身体沿自身的纵轴缓缓右转45度,重心不动,呈左横裆步状态(图22,图23,图24)。
